Early Childhood Intervention - ECI is a statewide program for families with children, birth to three, with disabilities and developmental delays. ECI supports families to help their children reach their potential through developmental services. Services are provided by a variety of local agencies and organizations across Texas.

Texas Connect **- The Texas Connect materials are designed as a resource for families of infants and young children who are deaf or hard of hearing and as tools for early intervention service providers who work with families.

Texas Department of State Health Services** - Our purpose is to ensure all children who are born with hearing loss or deafness are identified early and provided appropriate intervention services needed to prevent delays in communication and cognitive skill development.

Texas Education Agency (TEA) Deaf Services- The mission of the Texas Education Agency is to provide leadership, guidance, and resources to help schools meet the educational needs of all students. Under Deaf Services you can find additional information and links to help you navigate the early years of your child with a hearing loss.

Part C of the IDEA: What You Need to Know - IDEA - Individuals with Disablities Eduation Act is the Law that insures that children with a hearing loss will recieve services. If you child is Birth to 5 years old Part C is the section that they fall under. Have questions about how your child with a hearing loss is eligible for services. Hands & Voices- is a nationwide non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families and their children who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as the professionals who serve them. We are a parent-driven, parent/professional collaborative group that is unbiased towards communication modes and methods. Our diverse membership includes those who are deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing impaired and their families who communicate orally, with signs, cue, and/or combined methods. We exist to help our children reach their highest potential.

National Center for Hearing Assesment and Management (NCHAM)-The goal of NCHAM - pronounced "en-cham" at Utah State University is to ensure that all infants and toddlers with hearing loss are identified as early as possible and provided with timely and appropriate audiological, educational, and medical intervention.
